Right then, let's start off with the review. As always we begin with packaging. It's a simple yet informative thing to show as when you purchase a chassis, honestly you do not want any defects and scratches on it. The Define R4 is packaged in cardboard.

Once you take the unit out of the cardboard box you'll notice two layers of foam protecting the unit, which on its end is covered in a plastic bag. Packaging was done decently, risk on damage is fairly minimal.

Included in the bundle is the standard gear, all nice and black by the way, we like that. Not shown on the photo, but a small yet clear manual is included as well.

So after we unpacked it we can see really observe what the chassis is all about. I like it, though reasonably, I like the fact that the chassis does not scream with logo's. Everything is matte black and easy to the eyes. The chassis immediately oozes style, unfortunately the blue color of the USB ports immediately catch the eyes. Features wise the mid-tower chassis definitely is well equipped though, as we'll show you.

The chassis is made out of a steel structure with black faceplate/bezel. And behind that door at the front side, it supports 2 x 5.25in tool-free drive bays.
