Rear

Firestone Audio Mass Preamp and Big Joe IV Mono Blocks

On the back we have channel 1 and 2 inputs and the outputs.  We also see the main power input for the preamp.  The Preamp can select between two stereo inputs and control the volume for output to the power amplifiers.

Remote

Firestone Audio Mass Preamp and Big Joe IV Mono Blocks

Keeping with the idea of compact and straight to the point, the remote has everything you need and nothing you dont.  We have master power, mute, channel select and main volume.  The unit includes a battery but it is disconnected from the circuit using a paper pull tab.  When you get it unpacked, pull the tab and you can use the remote.

Build Quality

These units are small but built so tough in comparison to other units on the market.  They are built using all metal construction with the only plastic used being the face plate.  A nice aspect that is unique also is the volume control being relayed in decibels.  The unit offers a wide volume range from -95 dB to 31 dB with .5 dB increments, which offers very precise level control.
