So then, here we have the packaging so you know what to look for in the stores. The PSU inside is packaged nicely and protected in carton. The PSU is delivered with all the basics like power cable, modular cables, manual velco straps, screws and a little pouch to store your modular cables in.

After unpacking, not a dent, scratch or smudge was on there. Rough matt finish, nice grey/red/black theme. What's not to like really? The PSU is ready for nearly all upcoming CPU & GPU generations by 12P sockets for possible connector changes and six massive overkill 12V rails.

The PSU complies to EPS12V PSU design guides for compatibility & by ZERO LOAD Design for Hybrid Mode functions & C6 state functions.

At the front side we spot a nice honeycomb air vent, the power connector and on/off switch. Also a PowerGuard LED. status codes will be displayed here -- orange for standby -- Green for ON -- RED for activated protection circuit and so on.

There is only one top fan really, 120mm'ish with blue LED light, ball-bearing. Due to it's size and positioning, the PSU will be quite silent. Not at all bad, you can hear it silently. There's a pretty nice and optimal airflow throughout the PSU. The PSU has an ATX design yet is slightly more lengthy, it'll fit in any chassis though, it's dimensions are: 150mm x 86mm x 190mm (W x H x D).
