ECS H67H2-M Mini-ATX motherboard

When we rotate the board we can see a white 8-pin CPU power header, this will supply enough power to allow a little  overclocking, the reality remains that this motherboard is not well suited for any overclocking otherwise though.

We see that the H67 chipset is simply cooled by a heatsink, we like that... it's noiseless that way, perfect for a HTPC. And there we have Socket LGA 1355, and as you can see quality capacitors and MOSFETs are used.

The lower view to the right we stumble into four DIMM slots. DDR3 up-to 1333 MHz is supported. You can install up-to 16GB on this little fracker. To the left in white, the ATX motherboard power connector.

To the left we we see two SATA 300 and two SATA 600 (6G) ports then pointed upwards another SATA2 port, we totally love the SATA 6G ports from Intel, massive bandwidth there especially with a nice spicy OCZ Vertex 3.

Just left to the SATA ports we see Frontpanel, USB and serial port headers. T

And when we flip it around once more we get a good view of that Gen 2 PCIe x16 slot, two PCI 1x slots and a traditional PCI slot. That's very complete for a Micro ATX motherboard. That x16 slot is perfect for even a high-end graphics card, it has the full 16 PCIe lanes available. Also here we see additional USB headers, a Diagnostic POST led and two micro buttons for power on/off and reset, that is a nice touch for a motherboard in this class.

There are a total of three FAN headers located on the motherboard. But let's fire her up and do some actual testing.
