Here we have the fan, 120mm and PWM base. A fairly good fan series with an RPM allowance of up-to 2000. The fan remains relatively silent under a default clock frequency of your processor.

When we flip it around we see the radiator a little better. Easy to mount, most big-tower chassis have pre-fitted holes and space for 120/240CM rads and fans. You could place it on the top side opf the chassis but the better location is the rear side 120mm fan mount. TIP, allow  the air to be blown inwards and exhaust through the top of your chassis.

Above the colling block, and below when we flip the CPU cooling block/pump around we see an all copper base, with TIM (thermal grease) already applied for you. Not exactly a mirror / lapped finish though.

Wiring opposed to the H100i, is simple for the H60. Just one connector is leading outwards towards the motherboard to feed the pump. The fan you connect to a fan header on your mobo and that's it.
