So we have been reviewing Corsair headsets ever since the beginning. The Corsair Gaming VOID Surround Hybrid headset now has the all new (and updated) sails log. We received the new model colored in red, which kind of does not make sense with that all black yellow packaging.

The VOID is not at all heavy at around 300g. You'll have to download the drivers from Corsair's site. The drivers are now overhauled and part of their CUE (Corsair Utility Engine) software suite. This means that in the future all Corsair gear can be controlled from just one software suite. Once you plug them in, the headset is in fact plug and play. However, please do install the Corsair CUE suite, as it offers the niche EQ and Surround functionality you'll need.
