As always, the packaging -- well, we received some OEM packaging so there's nothing to really show you boxing wise. Everything is packaged, cushioned and bundled safely in Styrofoam. Once unboxed you'll spot the liquid cooling unit consisting out of the radiator, fan, tubing, pump/cooling block. All pre-fitted and ready to use of course. Next to that you'll spot some back plates that support a wide variety of Intel 775, 1156, 1366 and AMD AM2, AM2+, AM3 processors.

Here we have the C240 ALC, consisting out of two  ariable PWM fan (120mm), pump and reservoir assembled in one single unit. Both fans are re-wired on one connector and are PWM controlled from the BIOS.  Click photo's to enlarge btw.

At the cooling block you'll notice that it has a voltage wire leads as well, this is empowering the pump that is located inside the cooling block. Connect it to the chassis/PWR fan connector or something and please make sure that it gets 100% voltage (full RPM) setup in your System BIOS.

When we flip the CPU cooling block/pump around we see an all copper base, with TIM (thermal grease) already applied for you. See the mounting screws? Pull the thumbnail screws upwards to position and select the proper CPU socket you are using. Very handy, very simple. Not exactly a mirror flat finish though, but it'll do just fine.
