When we flip it around (plastic protection still in place) we see an all copper base, with TIM (thermal grease) already applied for you. See the mounting screws ? Pull the thumbnail screws upwards to position and select the proper CPU socket you are using. Very handy, very simple.
Here we have the fan. 120mm and PWM based as stated. Overall it is a silent fan, however once the fan reaches 80% RPM and is pulling air through that radiator, you will hear it. Not too noisy, but definitely audible. 80% RPM however is a scenario where you'd need to fully stress the CPU for a little while.
The radiator itself is 120mm based with two leads for tubing (preinstalled). It's a corrugated tubing that supposedly reduces liquid loss through the material. Each and every ALC unit is tested for leaks before it leaves the production facility. As you can see, everything is finished quite nicely. All is dark, that is a good looking unit.
