Product Showcase - Interior
At the backside you can see that the PSU is extended outside a little, this way you can fit large PSUs with a length of up-to roughly 19 CM. Though sufficient we'd like to have seen a little more PSU space though as a lengthy PSU also needs to deal with the wiring at the inner end. Obviously with this many HDD/SSD drive caged, you could opt to drop one unit for more clearance.
The stands at the bottom have rubber inserts to prevent resonating noises. But with the chassis being so heavy (I mean 22~23kg without parts), the sheer weight would probably prevent resonating noises anyway.
Tthe backside including of the motherboard tray (behind the motherboard). There is plenty of space for cable routing, the chassis has many routing points but they are all very large and located at every key location optimized for ATX and ATX-XL motherboards. My one quirck here would be the fact you can see all cables routed through the back due to the glass panel.
At the backside we see a huge mainboard tray cutout, that's for replacing fan brackets that need to be mounted at the backside of the motherboard. Easy access. That cutout is huge alright, yet does not make the mainboard tray any less sturdy. In fact the entire Cosmos II feels like a sturdy chunk of steel.
As you can see, the space is just enormous to work with. Nice grommet rubberized holesm big motherboard gap for easy replacing a cooler. Yeah as you can see the innards have remained 99% similar to the original Cosmos II.
Cable touring clearance is roughly 3 cm overall, that is plenty to route your cables at the rear.
