The Grand Hyatt Hotel & Taipei 101
Welcome again from a fairly sunny Taipei. Today Guru3D will travel to the old fairgrounds of Computex. We'll start off at the massive hotel, the Grand Hyatt. Now, being a tech journalist I'm on the road a lot, and I certainly have seen my share of hotels. But this thing is massive, nice ... and big! You enter the hotel and you'll be met by a lot of staff, marble, copper and gold plating. Yes, welcome to the Hyatt.
In the Hyatt we have setup several appointments with some of the companies that do not have a booth at any of the fairgrounds. Later in the day we'll travel towards the TWTC exhibition ground, the TICC building.
Today there is also also an appointment with gigabyte in the 101 . The Taipei 101 buildingis the one that is 550 meters in height. First the Hyatt though where several manufacturers located themselves in suites to show of their latest gear and gadgets.
