Conclusion

imageview.php?image=366ConclusionWe can make this conclusion long and boring but also can be brief about it. Compro managed to place a high-quality and very versatile yet affordable product on the market. It is highly flexible, performing really well if you do not care too much about Antialiasing modes(new generation GPU's are simply better handling that). For not a lot of money you can have serious bang for you bucks. When you are about to buy a new graphics card you need to decide if you do not want to look out for a full DX9 compatible product though.

The product installation went very easy. Not once did it crash, overclocking results are very good and it takes us only a few seconds to do that. And last but not least, if you buy the VIVO (Video In Video Out) version you can even upgrade it later to make it a personal cinema device which is very nice indeed. Quality wise the product is build from excellent components. The video signal was clear and both 2D and 3D modes are crystal sharp. DVD over SVideo output as always rocks on the entire GeForce4 line-up.  Furthermore this card really has excellent dual-view options. I connected two monitors and a SVideo cable towards a bigscreen TV on this card. Output quality towards a TV for example is good, not perfect though. You will love viewing a DVD/DiVX on the bigscreen.

guru3d_edit_125_single_gold.jpgBasically there is nothing remotely bad that I can think of on this product and therefore I can recommend it by heart. If you do not have the money to buy an expensive new generation graphics card and can settle for very well performing and feature rich product then this might be your choice. I'm impressed with he quality that Compro produces and therefore I'd like to say to you that this is a safe buy, a very mature product. We are going to reward this product with an editor's choice award.
