DirectX 11 class graphics card performance Full HD and WHQD

DirectX 11 class graphics card performance up-to Full HD

So we start off with a monitor resolution of Full HD at 1920x1080 - again all tests have the best quality settings enabled and 2xMSAA enabled and HBAO+ as well, which brings a very nice quality to the rendered scenes. Basically everything is cranked onto the highest image quality settings expect for HBAO and Super Sampling. We'll look at that later on as well.

Our scores are average framerates so you need to take a margin in mind for lower FPS at all times. As such we say 40 FPS for this game should be your minimum, while 60 FPS (frames per second) can be considered optimal with a 60Hz screen. As you can see, even a 100 EURO Radeon R7 260X can game exceptionally well at Full HD.

In the gaming resolution of choice for PC gamers anno 2014 we land at WQHD, a civilized 260x1440 let's call it a little more sexy oppose to Full HD ok?). monitor resolutions you'll notice that the numbers are already start crumbling down a bit. But all cards have no issue at all. Mind you that scenes and thus perf differs, some scenes can drag down the GPU another 20 FPS up or downwards. Our levels is rather normal one, yet with lots of vegetation. Keep that 40 FPS minimum in mind if you want a little reserve.
