Here we have the fans. You get two of these, both 140mm and PWM based as stated. Overall these are really good fans, once the fan reaches full RPM (~1600) you will hear them. Realistically in non-overclocked conditions they remain very silent enough as you run them in the 300~600 RPM range and to (~80% max) 1300 RPM tops.

When we flip it around we see the radiator a little better. Easy to mount, most big-tower chassis' have pre-fitted holes and space for 280mm rads, but not all of them. Please do check if you can actually mount this format size radiator okay ?

At the CPU cooling block / pump around we see an all copper base that has been nickel plated to a mirror finish (machined), that is definitely very flat. You'll notice that one wire leads towards the cooling block, this is for the pump residing in that block. Thermal paste is included in the package as well.

What I like is that the top side of the block is really small and flat. I am not a big fan of logos though, so the be quiet! logo in your face like that for me is a deal-breaker. The unit has a reverse flow pump, overall the 280 kit is capable of drawing 400 Watts of energy. The pump uses roughly 4 Watts of power under full load.
