All the way at the backside you'll spot a series of LEDs and three buttons, here you can actually regulate the fans in 10% steps. We're not really sure what to make of it to be honest. Preferably you do all this stuff from your tweak utility as you do not want to touch the PCB/ graphics card all the time. Also (typically) in software you can program a temperature delta, e.g. low RPM when the GPU is cold and high RPM after say 70 Degrees C. That stuff you can not do with a button. It's a funny feature to see implemented though.
Here's a perspective view taken from the topside. Two fans and as stated that logo at the top is the multicolored MATRIX LED load indicator, color changing visual display of the real-time GPU load. But let's zoom in a little at the power connectors.
Correct, you'll need two 8-pin power headers, preferably leading from the PSU directly, to power up this puppy. These two connectors alone can provide 300 Watt and another 75 through the PCIe slot.
