So ASUS has an offering that certainly looks familiar, the product is completely custom and comes with the popular DirectCU II cooler slash cooling, you can rest assured that the cooling performance should be more than adequate.

The product comes with an all black PCB, Tier 1 memory, Japanese Solid Capacitors and ferrite core / metal chokes -- the good shiznit alright.

You'll notice that the SKU is tagged under codename GTX660TI-DC2T-2GD5. As you know already, this TOP model is the factory overclocked model. It runs at a core clock frequency of 1058 MHz, has a boost frequency of 1137 MHz and the effective memory data rate (192-bit) is 6008 MHz.

Let's have a look at some photo's.

Above packaging, below the product bundle. you'll notice that both the PCB and cooling are quite bit larger opposed to what you have seen. The cooling performance is just brutal though plus it is one of the most silent cards we have tested. Above the the GeForce GTX660TI-DC2T-2GD5 (TOP edition), the 2GB SKU (stock keeping unit). Overall a nice dark looking card some red tones. Let's look at the card from several different viewpoints.

Alright, here we have the 2GB SKU. Mind you that there are 3 Gigabyte graphics memory based variants available opposed to default 2 GB versions. Overall a nice dark looking card with a blue PCB. Let's look at the card from several different viewpoints.

Two GB of graphics memory is definitely enough if you are a hardcore gamer with a monitor resolution of 1920x1200 and plenty for a product in this price range. Should you opt multiple monitors and SLI, a 3GB version could be something more to your liking. If you look at the backside and then focus at the top, you can see two SMT solder trace segments for extra memory ICs.

You can see two SLI connectors, opposed to the regular 660 (non-Ti) series that is allowed to work with up to two cards in SLI mode. For proper scaling and little driver issues as possible we always recommend to stick to 2 cards in multi-GPU mode anyway. We'll show you SLI results in our article of course.

ASUS gives the card two DVI connectors (dual-link), one HDMI and a DisplayPort connector (both full size). The cooler is just really good, the dual-slot design has two low RPM fans positioned directly above the aluminum fins which on their end are connected towards heatpipes which connect to the copper GPU block that touches the GPU directly. Multiple additional heatsinks  and a plate are placed on components across the PCB to improve cooling.
