Ultra High Definition 4K - 3840x2160 Performance

  • Depth of Field effects
  • Full Tessellation on character models
  • DX11 mode
  • Image quality settings are maxed out
  • AAA anti-aliasing
  • 16xAF, Motion Blur and Tessellation at normal
It is the first time that Metro LL actually ran very smooth in Ultra HD with such image quality settings, very impressive.

  • DirectX 11
  • Very High Quality settings
  • FXAA Enabled
  • Welcome to the Jungle level
Crysis 3 remains a tough cookie to crumble for anything you throw at it, in Ultra HD however it typically was a nightmare if you want excellent image quality (and isn't that what it is all about for us PC Gamers?) - 41 FPS is very playable, lovely.

  • DX11
  • Ultra mode
  • 2x MSAA enabled
  • 16x AF enabled
  • HBAO enabled
  • Level: Reach the VIPs

Please allow me to add that Battlefield 4 looks AMAZING in Ultra HD. The 60 FPS range at 3840x2160 does require a very powerful multi-GPU solution. But yeah the 295x2 manages to to that perfectly fine. Now for Mantle the score really should have been better, but unfortunately the game stuttered and messy really. This will need a driver fix.

Image Quality Settings:

  • DX11 / Mantle
  • Cery High Image Quality
  • 8x Anisotropic Filtering
  • Screenspace reflection on
  • Parallax Occlusion mapping on
  • FXAA on
  • Contact Hardening Shadows on
  • Tessellation on

Okay one more before we go towards the single graphics card comparisons. As you can see I have very little results here as we only started using this title like a week ago. Regardless of that, DX11 does 43 FPS at UHD and that really is yummy. Unfortunately again we stumbled into issues with Mantle, basically Crossfire on the 2nd GPU didn't seem to kick in. A bit of a bummer, but we'll manage just fine with DX11 for now.
