Above, the percentile chart of the 30 seconds gaming @ 2560x1440. Here we plot FPS and place it in relation to percentiles.

• 50% of the time measured frames is doing roughly 85 FPS.
• 5% of the frames is at roughly 75 FPS or lower. 

On this 30 Second run on average the Radeon HD 7990 the graphics card manages to remain below ~15ms, we can not detect any visial glitch or stutter on the monitor. For those that do not understand what you are looking at, the above is a gametime scene recorded for 30 seconds. With this chart, lower = better. Huge spikes above 40-50ms can be considered a problem like a stutter or indicate a low framerate.

Compared to NVIDIA's GTX 690, honestly the differences are marginally small. NVIDIA here as well shows two dropped frames, AMD however has a threefold of that. But once again, it is not a real concern.
