On the next few pages we'll show you some photos. The images were taken at 4272 x 2848 pixels and then scaled down. The camera used was a Canon 450D - 12 MegaPixel.
Text wise, probably the most boring part of the article. But I always say, you need to understand what you are reading about and therefore we always show you photos. Even if these processors all look the same.
Anyway, this is the 7750 Black Edition processor. Socket AM2+.
Though a Black Edition version, you do not need to purchase the BE version. The regular 7750 is 100% the same performance wise, yet has it's multiplier locked, which makes overclocking a bit more difficult. The regular Athlon X2 7750 is also clocked at 2.7 GHz, with the same cache sizes and the same 95 watt TDP (peak processor wattage).
Athlon X2 Series 7000 processors make use of socket AM2+, that's 940 pins same as socket AM2. You may count them if you want to :)
