Gaming then - here you can see a run of Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 - no AA but other than that all settings are at maximum.
One more game, this is Anno 1404, heavy on the processor and graphics engine. Since this is a RTS, an FPS of say 25-30 is in fact enough to play the game, and that shows.
