So you are an overclocker or extreme computer enthusiasts? known and reputed to go and take the extra mile in an attempt to break new benchmark records? Well for you A-Data offers its latest DRAM modules, the XPG Plus Series DDR3-2200+ dual channel memory kit.
A-DATA recently introduced their XPG Plus Series DDR3-2200+ v2.0 DRAM module that is the highest speed of DDR3 DRAM module in the industry. A-DATAs new DDR3-2200+ DRAM module offers a 2,200MHz clock speed and CL8-8-8-24 timings at a voltage of 1.65V. It is available in 1GBx2 and 2GBx2 dual channel kits. The memory ICs used are Elpida's Hyper series.
The XPG Plus Series DDR3-2200+ v2.0 dual channel kits come with the Thermal Conductive Technology (TCT) for some really nice and extraordinary cooling. The modules have a doubled amount (2OZ) of copper in the PCB (quite popular among motherboards these days;) offering a lower temperature which apparently also improves the power efficiency.

The new A-Data dual-channel DDR3 products will be ready to provide support to users of both AM3 and P55-based platforms, from AMD and Intel, respectively.
Pricing then -- extreme memory comes at an extreme price, expect roughly 70 USD per 1GB. A-Data produced a limited number of these kits for demonstration purposes and for the lucky few.
