 TwinMOS DDR400 PC3200 Dual Channel

By: Hilbert Hagedoorn Edited by  | Published: September 26, 2003

Conclusion
I have to say that I am satisfied with TwinMOS's Dual Channel PC3200 memory kit, it's not brilliant for tweakers as we had a very hard time overclocking our system with it. This product is mainstream, people that do not want to fool around to much with aggressive BIOS settings and don't care about ramsinks etc. Next to that, it's dirt cheap !

Well, we have to sum it up: it's stable, doing DDR400 and very affordable. Recommended ! The test-system ran absolutely stable in the conditions we tested. We took the module from 400 MHz up-to 450 MHz with default SPD RAM timings and we did not have one single hiccup. As you have been able to witness TwinMOS's  PC-3200 is in the exact same performance range as the OCZ is if you stay at default settings yet fact is that this memory is roughly 20-30 bucks cheaper than the competition.

So, if you have a mainboard that's Dual-channel capable and runs at an FSB that is interesting enough then by all means get this memory as it is really cheap and very stable. Dual Channel kicks ass as it'll get your system the memory bandwidth it deserves and that for only € 75,- people.

Product: TwinMOS DDR400 PC3200 Dual Channel
Manufacturer:
TwinMOS
MSRP: € 80,-
