Revoltec Zirconium PC Chassis review

Revoltec Zirconium PC chassis (RT-101)
Manufacturer: Revoltec
Info: Listan
Price: 65 EUR/USD

Hey everyone, today we'll have a peek at a new casing from the guys at Listan. Who, you ask? Listan ... the guys behind the beQuiet series power supplies and Revoltec. This is the second line Listan is promoting aside from their BeQuiet! PSU lineup; their Revoltec brand. This brand sells coolers, case-mod gear, fans but also cases. This is the new RT-101 Zirconium chassis.

Embattled at the mainstream consumer with a price of merely 65 EUR,- we figure they really can't go wrong here.

Revoltec Zirconium PC Chassis reviewTargeted at the mainstream user on a budget, Revoltec now offers a new series of PC ATX casings. Can I state first how happy I am to see how well the industry picked up the case-modding trend? Does anyone even remember the beige PC casings that have been slowly phased out over the past 5 years? That's right, five years my friends, as that was the point where a group of people figured, hey this case is boring. Let's use a saw, make a window, insert a light and extra fans in it. The most beautiful modification could be found and a lot of them are still a piece of art.

As stated, the industry picked up well on that and it has become a large and beneficial business. Since the PC casing industry became so bulky, we now have a nice mixture in our selection of pre-modified cases. From low to high-end and for big and small budgets, we can now buy a case in any design or need we want. Cases that have lovely aesthetics, design and layout for not a lot of money are now priced at a similar level as these beige monsters from the past.

The product we'll be testing today falls in the budget segment of mainstream pre-modified cases. For not a lot of money Revoltec can offer you a product that (if it fits your style of course) looks attractive. So, all you guys and girls out there with two left hands when it comes to modifying a case yourself, good news. No more bleeding hands and chopped off fingers from sawing and cutting into that big can, it's all done for you!

The product in today's review is the Revoltec Zirconium. On the website you'll notice there will be several models available ending with a more high-end version called Revoltec Rhodium.

Our review unit here is low-budget Zirconium.
