Marc's 21 years of age and an electronics surface mount shift operator from St. Neots, Cambridge, UK.

He's been at Guru3D for 3 years now, having first joined in March 2002. He first joined for advice on overclocking his Nvidia TNT2 Pro - clock speeds of 175/225 were reached.

The system is mainly used for gaming, internet and DVDs. It cost 1499.95 when new, but since then Marc has added his 6800GT Golden Sample which cost £335 (to replace the 9800Pro which he sold to a friend) and his 3.4GHz P4 Northwood. The system gets upgraded if and when needed, and there is a complete system overhaul planned for late 2006.

Marc is very happy with the system, especially the video card. When deciding which hardware to get, he just goes for what's best, he doesn't take sides. However, he wishes he would've waited 3 months for the Athlon FX to be released.
