Here's the RevoDrive, feel free to click on the photo for a larger one. We test the 120GB model, which in fact has 128GB FLASH NAND on there spread out over 32 ICs, 16 ICs on each side.

Here we can see the remaining 16 ICs on the backside. Luckily OCz decided to go with a funky black PCB. Most high-end motherboards (and we do assume you are an enthusiast end-user slash consumer) have a black PCB as well. I mean, that PCB could have been colored green you know.

When we zoom in a little at the front side we spot two SandForce controllers, the latest SF1200 series. One IC used per FLASH memory partition.
