This is a multi-threaded test we stole from PCMark Vantage, we have the PC render as much webpages (fixed) as possible. The end results are the number of webpages created per second ... which is more then my eyes can track ;)

3DMark 06 CPU test

Well, everybody loves 3DMark06, and nowadays, it's CPU limited, making it an excellent application to check CPU performance. The scores that you see obviously are the CPU test itself, not overall 3DMark06 scores.

PCMark Vantage overall score

The last synthetic test I wanted to show you was the overall PCMark Vantage score. I really don't like accumulated scores though, and as such I never benchmarked the other processors with it. But if you keep track of PCMark Vantage scores .. there ya go ;) Let's fire up some games.
