 GeForce GTX 275 shootout BFG | Inno3D | Palit | Sparkle

Inno3D GeForce GTX 275 Overclock edition

The Inno3D GeForce GTX 275 Overclocked edition is next in line. It's easily one of the more impressive cards tested today, as not only do they offer a fairly nice bundle, it's overclocked pretty radical. So, this card is as stated a pre-overclocked version of the reference model. Where the reference models have a core, shader processor and memory frequency of 630, 1400 and 1135 MHz respectively, the Inno3D OVERCLOCK edition runs much faster.

This card comes at default with a core clock frequency of 700 MHz, 1512 MHz on the shader domain and 1215 (2430) MHz on it's DDR3 memory. Now in the past I have been complaining and moaning that Inno3D never overclocked the shader domain on their product, which I found to be 'shady'. In fact it irritated me so much that after mentioning this to Inno3D they promised to OC the shaders with future products as well.  ... and gosh golly darn it ... they actually listen and started doing so. I have much respect for that.

The end result doesn't lie, by making a product with clock frequencies as shown today, they reposition themselves on the other side of the AIB scope ...the extreme one. Borat voice: izze naice.

We expect the Inno3D OVERCLOCK edition to sell slightly more expensive at 250 USD , however you will receive some free stuff as well. But let's have a look at the bundle.

GeForce GTX 275 Shootout

Included in the box you'll find:

  • Inno3D GeForce GTX 275 OC model
  • Driver CD
  • Warmonger (Full game)
  • Company of heroes: Opposing Fronts (Full game)
  • SVideo cable
  • 6-pin to Molex power cable
  • 3-way RCA component cable
  • manual / quick install guide
  • VGA->DVI dongle 1x.
  • DVI -> HDMI dongle

Though the games included are not exactly the newest on the block, we certainly can appreciate them. Bundle wise everything is needed to get connected in whatever way or form. As such Inno3D offers a very mature and complete package. Also, the peeps from Inno3D are offering you a two year warranty with this graphics card. And at this price-level with an OC edition, it's okay.
