So why should you buy SLI you ask? Well, there are many reasons to consider SLI. SLI offers you scalability big-time. Although the 7800 GTX right now is the fastest thing available, in roughly two years it'll probably lack power. At that time you for example could consider installing another 7800 GTX and double your rendering power. To be honest there is another factor, enthusiast people, the really sensible ones and they are called Guru's ;) There are multiple site members already that have shown their 7800 GTX SLI setup in our forums already (in fact 2 days before the officially launch!).
