The fill port cap, located on top of the unit. Notice that there is a small vent hole in the center of the cap, please do not turn the unit on its side once filled okay ? We will call this the flood-gate from now on. The screw cap is pure aluminum and sealed with an O-ring as you can observe. Right, it's time to move on towards the actual installation.

We have now filled the reservoir, we'll add some Anti-corrosion Coolant towards our distilled water. The Anti-Corrosion Coolant supplied with the Aquagate has been designed to prevent corrosion not only to the pump but also other materials it comes into contact with, such as copper, aluminum and plastic. This provides peace of mind for long-term operation.

We now have everything in place and power up the PC.

BTW do you notice that little RED led on the bottom right of the reservoir ? That's actually an alarm which is triggered by high coolant temperature (70 degrees C or higher) or low coolant level.

If the water doesn't flow immediately don't be afraird to pinch or shake the tubing a little.

Give it a couple of seconds and allow the coolant to be spread through the tubing. Monitor for air pockets and turn the pump on and off a couple of times if you do not see flow.

If there is proper flow then the flow control indicator will show movement from the flow-meter at the front of the device. Squeeze and push the tube a little if the flow is blocked. You can also lift up the Reservoir / PC a little as gravity will help you. It took us about 1 minute before there was constant air-free coolant flow.
