 CeBIT 2006 in Hannover

XFX

Over at the XFX stand I had a quick chat with Joost. XFX had a very cool stand. And the two most eye catching things I did not take a photo of two downright gorgeous booth babes.

The products .. I think XFX will have the most difficult to understand product line. Yes they have launched the series 7 line. But next to the normal model there can be up-to 5 versions of that graphics card. Examples: The XXX edition. The XXX-XXX edition, the Extreme Edition, the Extreme-Extreme edition. We'll have to wait and see before I receive the final specifications but .. consumer confusion as what you need to avoid these days with the large amount of products available, this is not helping though.

Let's have a look at the new line-up.

Lovely PCB design huh ? An Extreme edition of the 7600 GT with yellow/UV DVI connectors.

The is the 6800 Xtreme .. fantastic looks huh ? Sometimes in my articles I refer to a product as it's having an "X-Factor". This is exactly the stuff I mean.

Passive all the way, I think this is a 6600 or 6700. But this one is next to being passively cooled. HDMI compatible if I remembered correctly.

And a little bonus photoshoot:
