BFG EX 1200 Power Supply review | test

BFG EX 1200 Watt PSU

Very lovely, nice long black sleeved wiring. Up-to the first connector you'll stumble into we had 50 cm / 20" to play around with. So if you stretch it out completely it's roughly 70 CM / 27".

Connectivity will not be an issue whatsoever. In total you'll have (standard attached and modular cables):

  • 1 x 24-Pin (20+4-Pin) Motherboard Connector
  • 1 x 4-Pin CPU 12V Power Connector
  • 1 x 8-Pin CPU 12V Power Connector
  • 1 x 8-pin (4+4) CPU 12V Power Connector
  • 3 x 6-Pin PCI Express Connectors
  • 3 x 8-Pin (6+2-pin) PCI Express Connectors
  • 9 x 4-Pin Molex Connectors
  • 2 x 4-Pin Floppy Connectors
  • 12 x SATA Connectors

All the modular cables, by the way, are also very lengthy. Again, 50 cm / 20" to the first connector with a reach up to 70 CM / 27" to the last connector. All cables including modular ones have been sleeved nicely in black. Right, you've seen it .. but how will it actually perform.
