Upper/front view of the CPU


It's clearly visible that the processor core is bigger compared to the previous thoroughbred CPU core. This likely is due to the increased cache size. the goop you see on there is thermal paste.

The L bridges / inter-connects. If you buy an Athlon XP 3200+ then you might want to take a good look at these photo's as our CPU was unlocked.
